Become A Customer

To open a new or additional account come by our office at:

205 Grand Avenue, North in Fort Payne or
1399 West Main Street in Centre.

A customer representative will help you complete an application and explain our services and billing procedures to you. You will be required to pay a $25 meter deposit for a new service, a $75 meter deposit for an existing service and $150 for a mobile home or rental unit.
